President
Mr. Santos is originally from the State of Minas Gerais, Brazil. He has over 20 years of business experience in both the United States and Brazil and currently maintains citizenship in both countries. His first U.S.-based endeavor was his own import/export business from New Jersey to various Caribbean and South American countries, including Brazil. After a successful run importing and exporting, he and his family started a real estate development business in New Jersey.
This company was able to construct over 800 homes in New Jersey and Maryland. During this time, he accumulated multiple real estate holdings in the U.S. and Brazil. He and his family have also engaged in land purchases and farming businesses in Brazil. The family's Brazilian cattle farming business continues to thrive today. This company builds, refurbishes, and renovates buildings, ranging from single family homes to schools to strip malls to restaurants. Additionally, he is fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
Edineia Santos
Vice President
Edineia Santos, originally from the State of Parana, Brazil; is the vice president of Santos Contractors Corp . As the leader of the Santo’s organization; Edineia is responsible for building upon the finance and management team strengths and keeping them consistent with the company’s focus and commitment towards people and customer service.
In addition, Edineia is responsible for maintaining the company’s strong balance sheet and providing strategic evaluations of growth opportunities. Additionally, she is fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
Donald Poe
Corporate Accountant
Donald Poe has worked extensively with small to medium sized businesses. He enjoys working with clients, putting an emphasis on creating sound bookkeeping systems, preparation of financial statements, income tax planning & preparation, and business consultation.
Mr. Poe greatest professional achievement is the rapport he’s established and maintained with his business clients. They depend on him and he thrives on exceeding their expectations.
Andre O. Canfield
Managing Partner
Andre Canfield was born in Brazil, and has been living in the United States for over 20 years. He exemplifies a strong ability to lead and manage in all phases of a project with his knowledge of construction practices. His fluency in English, Portuguese and Spanish are great assets to SCC, as it helps to give great service to both our customers and employees.
Mr. Canfield has worked with people relations for several years, and was a psychology and theology major in DBU and CFNI, in Dallas, TX.
